  • 5-7 cloves of garlic
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1 bunch of parsley

Peel the lemon zest with a knife for cleaning vegetables and cut into thin strips. Squeeze lemon juice and mix it with mustard, honey, vegetable oil, finely chopped garlic, greens and zest. To stir thoroughly.

Marinate the chicken for 3-6 hours.

2. Yoghurt marinade

You will need:

  • 1 tbsp. natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp curry
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • salt - to taste

Cooking:

Mix all the ingredients in a homogeneous mass and marinate the bird. To sustain a chicken in a yoghurt marinade is recommended all night. Salt the chicken at the end of cooking or just before serving.

3. Orange marinade

You will need:

  • 150 ml soy sauce
  • 1 bunch of green onions
  • 2 tsp. red pepper
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 5-7 cm ginger root

Cooking:

Chop green onions.

Garlic and ginger grate on a fine grater.

Combine soy sauce, green onion, red pepper, garlic and ginger.

Stir all the ingredients.

Marinate chicken and densely pound in a saucepan.

Leave in the refrigerator overnight.Salt as needed at the very end of cooking.

5. Marinade-glaze

You will need:

  • 150 ml soy sauce
  • 80 g of honey
  • 5-7 cm ginger root
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp. Provence herbs
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • salt - to taste

Cooking:

Ginger grate on a fine grater.

Combine the honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and spices.

Stir all ingredients into a homogeneous mass.

At minimum heat bring to a boil and boil for 4-5 minutes, cool.

6. Sour cream marinade

You will need:

  • 5 tablespoons low-fat sour cream

7. Lemon marinade

You will need:

  • 2 lemons (or lime)
  • 5-7 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp. allspice peas
  • 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp saffron
  • 1 small bunch of rosemary (can be replaced with dry)
  • salt - to taste

Cooking:

Garlic peel and crush with a knife.

Cut lemon into large cubes. Sprigs of rosemary tear hands.

Combine lemons and rosemary. It is good to stretch the ingredients with your hands.

Add garlic, oil, pepper and saffron, mix thoroughly.

Marinate chicken from 5 to 12 hours. Salt at the very end of cooking.

Tomato marinade

You will need:

  • 1 tbsp. thick tomato juice
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp. ground paprika
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 1 bunch of mint
  • salt - to taste

Cooking:

Garlic, mint and basil very finely chopped. Combine with tomato juice and vegetable oil. To stir thoroughly.

Marinate the chicken for 2-4 hours.

When serving, sprinkle with minced mint if desired.

Grape marinade

You will need:

  • Thyme - ½ tsp.
  • Black pepper - 1/3 tsp.
  • Salt - 1 tsp.
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Grape juice - 150 ml

Cooking:

In the grape juice, add salt, pepper, thyme and vegetable oil.

Marinate the meat and leave for a couple of hours in a cool place.
