Prepare a simple shortbread dough. Flour flour with butter and sugar - it is better to do it with a mixer or in a combine so that the butter does not melt from the heat of the hands. Add the yolk. Then wrap the dough in a film and put it in the fridge for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Rested dough spread in a greased form. Top we cover with parchment and pour the load - peas or beans, evenly distributing it over the bottom. We put in the oven for 7 - 10 minutes.

Prepare the pot: beat the egg, protein, sugar, then add the sour cream, starch and vanilla. We take the base out of the oven, remove the load. We spread out the washed and cut apricots in half, pour egg filling on top.

We bake 20 minutes.
