Chicken breasts in spicy-sweet sauce with ginger and apple juice

You will need
  • For four servings:
  • - 900 g chicken breast;
  • - 2 cloves of garlic;
  • - 1/2 cup of water;
  • - 1/4 cup of apple juice;
  • - 1/3 cup soy sauce;
  • - 1/3 cup brown sugar;
  • - 2 tbsp. spoons of olive oil;
  • - 2 tbsp. spoons of ketchup;
  • - 1 tbsp. spoon apple cider vinegar.
Cut the chicken breasts in small pieces.
Fry the meat in a deep frying pan in olive oil until golden brown, then put it in a bowl.
Pour apple juice, water, apple vinegar, soy sauce, ketchup, add sugar and spices to this pan. Stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Do not bring the liquid to a boil.
Put the chicken pieces into the sauce, bring to a boil, reduce the heat, cook 20 minutes together.
For such a chicken, boil white rice as a side dish. First, put the rice on the plate, on top - slices of fragrant chicken.
