Cooking cottage cheese bagels

You will need
  • - cottage cheese 400 g;
  • - butter or margarine 250 g;
  • - flour 400 g;
  • - granulated sugar 150 g;
  • - vanilla 1/6 tsp;
  • - baking powder 2 tsp.
Remove the oil from the refrigerator in advance. In a convenient container mash the butter and cottage cheese. To this composition add sifted flour, which is mixed with baking powder. Adjust the amount of flour on the quality of the curd. Knead the elastic dough, but not very tight. Next, put it in a bag and clean in the cold for one hour.
After the appointed time, divide the dough into two pieces. Roll each piece into a thin circle. Do not get carried away with flour on the table, because too tight dough will later make bagels too hard. Combine sugar with vanilla, then sprinkle dough pieces on it. To get the sugar hooked, roll the wheel around once or twice.
Prepare a baking sheet for baking culinary products. Lubricate it with a thin layer of oil. Cover it with baking paper. Put the semi-finished products on the sheet. Each bagel before putting on a baking sheet, dip in sugar with one side. Do not play with sugar, because it melts during baking, then burns on the sheet.
Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Set a baking sheet with pastry, bake for 25 minutes on medium heat.
