Previously, the hostess who prepared it by hand, tried to make the length as large as possible, because it was she who symbolized the longevity of the family.

Today, the production of noodles occurs on an industrial scale, but this does not make it worse. Another undoubted advantage of this product is the absolute absence of gluten, which allows its use to those suffering from celiac disease.

At first - the soup!

How to cook dinner in the best Asian traditions? We are happy to share with you a simple recipe. This soup is especially favored by the Chinese, but it will also cause genuine gastronomic interest among the most sophisticated gourmet. You will need:

  • Funchoz - 300 g;
  • chicken - 0.5 kg;
  • leek - 2 pieces;
  • onions - 1 pc;
  • chili pepper - 1 pc;
  • grated ginger root - 15 g;
  • soy sauce;
  • coconut shavings.

First you need to cook the chicken broth, in which during the cooking process add ginger. After cooking the chicken, remove and cut into small pieces. Boil noodles in another saucepan. Vegetables cut into thin rings and add together with funchozy in broth. Boil for 10 minutes. Coconut chips should be lightly fried in a pan, and sprinkle with it the ready-made soup, spilled on the plates.

Thai fast food

Typically, Thais prepare noodles with vegetables in a special pan - wok. But the usual kitchen utensils will fit perfectly. From the products you will need:

  • fachoza;
  • bow;
  • carrot;
  • Bulgarian pepper;
  • chilli;
  • mushrooms (preferably oyster mushrooms);
  • soy sauce;
  • salt, pepper, sunflower oil.

Rice noodles must be filled with hot water and left to swell. Meanwhile, the vegetables should be cut into thin strips, and the mushrooms in half. Spread in a frying pan and fry in butter for a few minutes. After that add funchozu, soy sauce, spices and fry for 5 minutes. Serve hot.

Light salad with crab sticks

The undoubted plus of such a dish is that it is very light and at the same time satisfying. The appearance of extra pounds will not upset you, but the energy will definitely increase. This salad may well be the decoration of the festive table due to its attractive appearance and unusual taste.

In addition to rice noodles, which will be the basis, you will need:

  • crab sticks;
  • fresh cucumber;
  • lettuce leaves;
  • soy sauce;
  • sour cream;
  • spice.

Remember that funchoz cannot be cooked for a long time if you do not want to get rice porridge as a result. Therefore, 2-3 minutes will be enough. To make it look attractive in a salad and not stick together, add some olive oil to the water. After cooking, rinse and allow to cool.

Crab sticks cut into thin slices, cucumbers with the skin grate on grated carrots in Korean. Lettuce leaves wash well and also cut into thin strips. If desired, you can add hard cheese.

Mix the prepared ingredients, dress with sauce. For it you need to combine sour cream with soy sauce and add spices.

Cooking is recommended immediately before serving.

Chinese dinner

If you want to arrange an evening of Chinese cuisine, then noodles with chicken and shrimp will be an excellent option. Prepare:

  • noodles - 200-300 g;
  • chicken fillet - 300 g;
  • shrimp - 300 g;
  • egg - 1 pc;
  • onions - 1 pc;
  • garlic - 2 tooth;
  • parsley;
  • ginger.

Sliced ​​fillets of marinated in soy sauce, beaten egg and salt. Leave for 1 hour. Funchoza pour water, wait until it swells. Fry the chicken in a pan and put in a plate. In the same place, cut finely chopped onion, garlic and ginger. Do the same with the shrimp.
