Eggnog - a dessert of raw eggs

Ingredients
Quail eggs40 piecesWhite wine (dessert)200 millilitersPowdered sugar120 grams1 pinchNutmeg1 pinchbiscuit cookies8 pieces

Method:

Wash the quail eggs, break into the bowl of the blender, add powdered sugar, a pinch of salt, nutmeg and whip to a fluffy, almost white foam.

Pour dessert wine and whip again.

Biscuit cookies (you can replace the oatmeal) put in a bag and crush with a rolling pin into a crumb.

Pour crumb biscuits in portion glasses to the bottom, pour a eggnog on top and put in the refrigerator before serving.

Serve dessert with fresh berries and a sprig of mint.
