Fried rice with mushrooms is a great alternative for a summer lunch or dinner, when the body refuses to accept heavy meat products. Try it, you will surely enjoy the tender mushroom dish seasoned with corn oil.
Wash and finely chop all ingredients. Heat the pan with butter on medium heat (you can take, for example, Oleina corn oil) and fry the mushrooms in it, covered with a lid. First, the mushrooms will release the juice - for this the lid is needed - and only then they will begin to grill. After 2-3 minutes, add onions and carrots. When the vegetables are well reddened, reduce the heat to a minimum and add spices.
You can choose any variety of rice for cooking, but it is better to choose more useful - brown or wild rice. Turn off the fire at the moment when the rice reaches a state of semi-ready.After that, cover the pan with a lid and stew the rice for another 20 minutes.
