How to bake cookies "Everything cookies"?

You will need
  • - 55 grams of nuts;
  • - 113 g unsalted butter;
  • - 105 g of brown sugar "Demerara";
  • - 50 g of white sugar;
  • - 2 small eggs;
  • - 3/4 tsp vanilla extract;
  • - 130 g flour / s;
  • - 1/2 tsp soda;
  • - 1/4 tsp. salts;
  • - 80 g of oatmeal;
  • - 50 g of raisins;
  • - 45 g coconut chips;
  • - 85 g chocolate drops (finely chopped chocolate).
Pre-remove the oil from the refrigerator so that it softens. In the meantime, heat the oven to 175 degrees and dry the nuts in it for about 10 minutes, until the nut flavor appears. Cool them and randomly chop with a knife.
Increase the oven temperature to 190 degrees. Whip butter with sugar into a magnificent light cream. Add eggs one by one, then add vanilla extract to the mixture.
Separately combine all dry ingredients: flour, soda, salt, flakes. Add them to the liquid component of the dough and mix. Add chopped nuts, chocolate drops (finely chopped chocolate), dried fruit and coconut flakes to the mass.Stir to evenly distribute the additives.
Cover the baking tray with parchment. Put the dough on it with a tablespoon at a decent distance from each other (about 4 - 5 cm). Form the cookies, crushing them with the same spoon so that it is slightly more than a centimeter thick. Send to preheated oven for 10 minutes. Cool on a baking sheet, and then on the rack.
