How to cook apple cinnamon rolls

You will need
  • - Egg yolks - 8 pcs .;
  • - egg whites - 8 pcs .;
  • - sugar - 2 glasses + 8 tablespoons;
  • - Cinnamon - 8 tablespoons;
  • - milk - 500 ml;
  • - flour - 4 glasses;
  • - Corn oil - 4 tablespoons;
  • - green apples - 10 pcs .;
  • - juice from 3 lemons;
  • - salt - to taste.
Instruction
Put two glasses of granulated sugar and wheat flour in one rather deep and certainly dry dish. Mix these ingredients together, add all the chicken yolks and 250 milliliters of milk to them. Mix everything thoroughly to a smooth consistency.
Enter corn oil and the remaining 250 milliliters of milk into a homogeneous mass. Mix everything properly and do not touch for 30 minutes.
Rinse the apples thoroughly, then remove the peel from their surface. Then carefully cut the seed box out of the fruit core. Grind the remaining pulp with a knife, cutting into rings of the same thickness. Squeeze the juice from the lemons and sprinkle them with apple circles.
Taking a separate dish, put in it the remains of sugar and cinnamon.Stir the dressing thoroughly.
Beat the egg whites with a small amount of salt, then add to the bulk.
Dip the rings of apples into the resulting dough and fry them in a large amount of red-hot vegetable oil until golden brown. Blot the fried rings with paper napkins in order to remove excess fat, and sprinkle with pre-prepared dressing. Apple cinnamon rolls are ready!
