How to cook chicken caprese

You will need

  • - olive oil

Put 1 bunch of basil, 1 bunch of parsley, 40 grams of walnuts (it is better to chop them manually and put them in a blender), 3 cloves of garlic in a bowl of a blender. Salt, pepper to taste (about half a teaspoon of salt and pepper) and pour all 100 grams of olive oil (if there is no olive oil, you can take regular sunflower oil). Mix everything with a blender until smooth.
We take the chicken fillet and make cuts, without cutting to the end. Between each notch should be a distance of at least 1-1.5 centimeters. On one fillet should get about no more than 5 cuts. If you make them too thin, then the filling will not hold well.
For the filling, we need a tomato sliced ​​in half rings, but not too thin. We also take the mozzarella cheese and cut into approximately the same half rings as tomato.
Combine a slice of tomato, a leaf of basil and a slice of cheese and put it in the fillet cut.
We do this with every notch.
We spread the chicken in a greased form. Salt and pepper to taste. Top with a mixture of basil, parsley, walnuts and garlic.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees. Basil and olives are suitable for decorating dishes.
