How to cook lazy sausages in the dough
You will need
- - 150 g of flour;
- - 170 ml of milk (3.5% fat);
- - 1/2 teaspoon salt;
- - 60 ml of pure warm water;
- - 2 chicken eggs;
- - 500 g of any sausages (preferably pork);
- - 2 tablespoons olive oil or sunflower.
Put salt and flour in a deep bowl, making a small depression in the center of the bowl. Pour 2 pre-beaten chicken eggs into it, mix them with flour and salt with a wooden spatula, gradually adding water and milk to it.
Whisk the resulting mass to a consistency of thick cream. After that, cover with a towel or lid and leave for 25-30 minutes. Heat the oven to 200oC. Pour olive or vegetable oil on a heated baking sheet and leave in the oven for 3-5 minutes.
Put the sausages in the heated oil and again put in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Sausages should be slightly roasted and browned. Once again, gently whisk the dough with a whisk and pour it on hot sausages.
Put in a preheated oven for 40 minutes, cook until an attractive crust appears on top.
