How to cook pickle with rice and pickles?
You will need
- - Carrots - 1 pc .;
- - Garlic - 4 cloves;
- - Pickles - 4 pcs .;
- - Potatoes - 4 pcs .;
- - Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- - Chicken - 1 kg (but can be less);
- - Bulbs - 2 pcs .;
- - Long rice - 1 tbsp .;
- - Sour cream - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- - Salt and pepper - to taste;
- - Chili - 1/4 pod;
- - Condiments to taste;
- - Cucumber pickle - 1 cup.
The first step is to boil the chicken. To do this, it should be chopped into large pieces and put in a saucepan with water. Put on the gas.
Immediately after this, rinse the rice well and pour boiling water over it. Set aside.
Now it's up to carrots and onions. They need to be washed, cleaned, grated and grated in a frying pan with vegetable oil for roasting.
When the vegetables get a golden hue, add crushed garlic to them. Salt and pepper.
In a saucepan with the finished meat and broth send peeled and diced potatoes, chili pepper and rice. Boil another 25 minutes.Then add steamed vegetables and seasonings (laurel, chicken cube ...). Boil another 5-10 minutes. Pour in the pickle and add chopped cucumbers. Turn off the gas.
Give the pickle with rice and pickles to stand under the "fur coat" for 10-15 minutes. Pour into plates and serve with sour cream.
