How to make puff roses with sausage
You will need
- - 200 g half-smoked or boiled sausage of small diameter;
- - 500 g of purchased puff pastry;
- - vegetable oil for greasing the pan;
- - parsley or lettuce.
Roll out puff pastry into a half-inch thick rectangular sheet. Cut into strips with a width of 3 cm and a length of 15-17 cm. Clean the sausage from the film and cut into thin semi-circles.
On each strip of dough, place 3-4 slices of sausage so that the rounded edge protrudes beyond the edges of the dough, and the flat cut of sausage is approximately in the middle of the strip.
