You will need

In order to make zrazy, you must first prepare the filling. Peel and finely chop the onion, defrost the mushrooms, if necessary, and cut into small pieces. In a heated pan with oil fried onions until soft, laid out in a plate.
Mushrooms are fried in the same pan for about 5 minutes. Boiled eggs are chopped. All the ingredients of the filling mix, salt and pepper. If desired, chopped greens are added to the filling or green onions are replaced.
