Pour about 600 ml of water into lentils, salt and boil for 30 minutes - 1.5 hours, until lentils are soft and all the water is boiling away.Strain the cooked lentils thoroughly and put it in a pan of such a size that it also contains noodles. Fry the onions in vegetable oil until it becomes soft and golden. Put garlic and coriander in it and continue cooking over low heat for another 2 minutes, until they become golden brown. Then transfer the contents of the pan to boiled lentils, salt and pepper to taste. In a large saucepan, boil water, salt, dip the noodles into it and boil for about 5 minutes so that the noodles barely start to become soft. Throw the noodles in a colander, wait until the water runs out, and transfer the filtered noodles to the pan with lentils. Dress with butter and mix well. The dish should be served very hot on the table.
