Low-fat zucchini pizza

Low-fat zucchini pizzais a recipe.


  1. 1 kg of zucchini;
  2. 2 eggs;
  3. 1 chicken breast;
  4. 50 grams of cheese;
  5. 3 fresh tomatoes;
  6. 1 onion;
  7. 1 carrot;
  8. greens to taste;
  9. 2 cloves of garlic;
  10. 50 grams of flour;
  11. 1/4 cup of milk.


Slice zucchini into rings, dip each ring into a beaten egg, roll in flour and fry on both sides. Do not salt! Put on a paper towel to stack the fat.

Chop the onion into half rings, grate the carrots, chop the tomatoes into rings, finely chop the garlic.  

We collect pizza: put zucchini tightly in 2 layers on a greased baking sheet or pan with vegetable oil; on zucchini spread thinly chopped (circles) boiled breast, now onions and carrots, a little salt then tomatoes, then garlic; now we sprinkle the pizza with grated cheese and pour this mixture: mix the remains of the eggs with milk (and water), sprinkle with greens and in the oven until the cheese is melted and the crust is baked.  

This is a free dish, you can add everything to taste.Replace tomatoes with tomato paste, meat with mushrooms, or just add mushrooms or bell pepper.
