Moisturizing hair at home

Instruction
Yogurt makes hair shiny, soft and less brittle. The lactic acid in yogurt breaks down the dirt on the hair and moisturizes the hair. After such a mask, the hair falls out much less.
Application. Apply half a cup of natural yogurt to wet hair. Hold for about 15 minutes. Rinse out. Do this procedure 2 times a month.
Yogurt can be replaced with sour cream.
Raw eggs are known to help build muscle, but did you know that they are also one of the best natural hair moisturizers? Egg yolk contains moisturizing fats and proteins, and egg white contains enzymes that remove unwanted oils from your hair
Application. Beat a couple of eggs and beat a little. You can add some olive oil. Rub into the scalp and hair and hold for 20 minutes. Then rinse with warm (not hot, so that the protein does not curl) with water. Repeat the procedure once a month.
Honey is a natural moisturizer that retains moisture in your hair. It also gives the hair a pleasant, sweetish scent. Natural raw honey is preferable to any other, because it contains live, active enzymes that will benefit your hair.
Application. Apply half a cup of honey to your scalp and hair. Hold for 20 minutes and rinse. Repeat once a month.
Ancient Mayans, Aztecs and Incas used avocados for healthy hair and skin. Oils in avocados are light, similar to human skin secretions, and therefore are an excellent means to repair damaged hair.
Application. Cut the ripe avocado in half, remove the core, and remove the pulp with a spoon. You can add a little coconut milk. Mash the pulp in a bowl and apply to damp hair, as well as to the scalp, gently massaging it. Hold for about 15 minutes and then rinse with warm water. Repeat twice a month.
Olive oil perfectly moisturizes the scalp and hair. If you suffer from dandruff, olive oil will help you retain moisture in your hair and prevent dandruff.
Application.Rub 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil into wet hair and scalp and leave for 20 minutes. Repeat once a week. If you add some lemon juice to your mask, the hair will become more shiny.
Apple cider vinegar has a beneficial effect on the scalp and hair. It helps to get rid of dandruff and itching of the head, strengthens the hair, makes it soft, shiny.
Application. Pour a glass of apple cider vinegar, 3 tablespoons of olive oil and a half cup of cold water into a bottle. Close the lid and shake to mix. Apply to hair. Do not be alarmed by the smell of apple vinegar - it evaporates quickly. You can do this procedure once a week.
