Oyster mushroom and corn stew

What do you need:

- 1 kg of oyster mushrooms

- 150 g of frozen corn kernels

- 2 large red onions

- 3 cloves of garlic

- 2 sprigs of thyme

- 1 tsp. spice seed

- salt, freshly ground black pepper

 

Recipe for Oyster mushroom (Mushroom) Stew Stew:

 

 

Remove hard legs from oyster mushrooms, cut caps into strips of medium thickness. Onions cut into thin feathers. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Thyme remove leaves from the stems. Heat the butter in a large frying pan, put in the seeds of the jira, after 30 seconds. add the onions, fry over medium heat for 1 min. Put garlic and oyster mushrooms, fry for 5 minutes. Add corn with thyme, salt and pepper, cook for 3 minutes. Serve hot. Mushroom stew is ready.
