Pasta with eggplants

Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry a couple of drops of olive oil 2 cloves of garlic. Add 1 red pepper and one small eggplant, cut into small cubes. Stirring, frying for 8-10 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add some olive oil to boiling salted water and boil (but do not boil!) 250 g of pasta. Then drain, leaving a few tablespoons of water in which they are boiled. Add to pasta vegetables. Stir. Sprinkle with grated parmesan and black pepper in a plate.
