Quick buckwheat porridge with mushrooms

Wash the champignons, cut into slices, chop the onions and carrots. Boil 1.5 cups of salted water in a small saucepan. While the water boils, heat the oil in a skillet and over-heat the onions, carrots and champignons on a high heat, reduce the heat and simmer for another 5 minutes, or until the onions become golden and the mushrooms soft. Salt it.

Boil buckwheat in boiling water (do not digest it), pour the prepared cereal into the pan with mushrooms and fry quickly, stirring all the time. Immediately serve.
