Cabbage soup with bacon

We share the recipe of rich soup with bacon, which will definitely warm up in the cold season.

Cooking method:

Bacon cut into strips and put in a deep frying pan with hot oil. We give it a good fry, then take out half of it on a paper napkin.

Add diced onion to the pan, and cabbage after five minutes. Throw allspice, bay leaf and sugar, mix everything, close the lid and leave to stew.

Pour 1.5 l of broth into a saucepan and boil peeled and chopped potatoes in it.When the potatoes are cooked, we put the roast in the pan and leave it on for a quiet fire for another 15 minutes. 3 minutes before the readiness we fill with dried greens.

When serving, sprinkle soup with fried bacon.

Important! Sauerkraut does not boil the potatoes, so it is desirable to cook them separately.
