Losmash of Smeshariki
A toy in the form of a famous character from the animated series "Smeshariki", which was loved by many children, can be made with your own hands from the materials available at home, or bought. You can sew it, for example, from viscose fabric of yellow or orange color, make it horns from brown fabric, and nose from pink. The resulting toy will be able to please the children and become a good decoration for the house. So I got this toy Losyash:
The process of manufacturing it took me about two weeks (twelve days).
The process of making crafts.
Step 1. Getting started, I make a sample on paper:
I cut out the resulting image and divide it into separate parts:
Step 2. Next, I take the fabric of orange and fold it in half, so that the details are cut out of it in pairs and neatly. After that, I pin the paper parts of the sample to the fabric that matches the color and cut out the parts with allowance (from 0.5 cm):
Now, I sew the resulting parts along the edges, leaving each of a small, non-crosslinked section in order to turn them inside out:
Step 3. After that, turning out the sewn parts of paws, legs and ears from the wrong side, I fill them with cotton:
Step 4. Having filled with wool details of the ears, paws and legs, I sew up their holes and start making eyes, nose and smile (mouth). I am the first to do eyes. Details for their manufacture can be made from cardboard, painted with lacquer:
I paste the pupil parts from above to the white parts of the eyes, and attach the eyelid parts carved from the fabric to the upper edges of the eyes. So the eyes of the crafts will look better:
Step 5. Now I take up the manufacture of the nose. From the paper sample cut into two parts, I cut the nose and glue it into two parts. the fabric I have at homethe most suitable color for the manufacture of the nose was only pink viscose fabric. The fabric was a light brown color, but it was nylon, and when filled with cotton, it immediately stretched out and became translucent:
Cutting the details of the nose out of pink viscose fabric, I sew them, leaving small areas not stitched in order to fill the finished parts with cotton. I cross-linking the detail of the nose, I turn out embroidering it on the sides of the nostrils in black:
Step 6. I fill the part with cotton, after which I start making eyebrows. Having filled the part with cotton, I cut out brown parts of brown leather in pairs of eyebrows the size of paper samples (eyebrow parts are small and narrow, and it will be difficult to turn them out of the wrong side) and sew them outside with a stitching seam:
Step 7. Next, I sew the resulting eyebrow and nose parts into a craftwork, and then paste the eyes:
Now I sew the front and rear parts of the torso, and sew in the course of work to the crafts of the horns and legs.First I also decided to sew the smile (mouth) for the toy Losyash:
Now I fill the toy with cotton:
Step 8. Having filled the crafts, I wanted to make her tail. I also make it from two parts. Sewing the tail details, I fill them with cotton and sew up:
Step 9. Now my artwork is almost ready. It left to sew a chain or ribbon, for which you can hang the finished toy as an ornament in any of the rooms or the car. I chose the chain:
After the chain with a tail is sewn, the hand-made article can already be ready:
It seems to me that if you make a toy smile from a red satin ribbon, it will look a little better. Cutting the edges of the narrow satin ribbon, I burn them to so that the fabric does not crumble.
