You will need

  • For the meat filling: chopped greens - 1/2 cup; pepper and salt to taste; tomatoes - 300 g; minced meat - 550 g; garlic - 2 cloves; onion - 1 pc; vegetable oil.
Lasagna with minced meat is prepared as follows. Fry the finely chopped garlic and onions in vegetable oil for 5 minutes until softened. Add the mince and cook until the meat turns white. Add chopped tomatoes with herbs and simmer, stirring, for 20 minutes.
Let's make bechamel sauce. Take a saucepan with a heavy bottom and melt the butter in it. Next, add the flour and grind thoroughly. Cook for 3 minutes and add the milk in portions. Stir the mixture with a whisk, then add another portion of milk. Make the fire weak and cook for 10 minutes, not allowing to boil. At the very end bring to a boil and immediately, stirring, remove from heat.Lasagna with minced meat and seasoned with the right sauce will be superb.
Lasagna with minced meat is prepared as follows. Cover the bottom of the form with the sauce and lay out the plates. Put their edge to the edge, but let's not fit each other. Put on the plate 1/3 meat filling, sauce and a third of the cheese. Then again a layer of plates, another third of the filling, sauce and cheese.
