Vanilla cake with strawberries

You will need
  • For the cake:
  • - frozen puff pastry 200 g
  • - flour 100 g
  • - milk 170 ml
  • - butter 50 g
  • - salt to taste
  • - 3 eggs eggs.
  • For filling:
  • - gelatin 20-25 g
  • - vanilla sugar 1 bag
  • - 600 ml cream
  • - sour cream 350 g
  • - strawberry 250 g
Puff pastry completely defrost. Heat the oven to 200 degrees and bake until tender in a rectangular baking sheet.
For custard dough, sift flour into a bowl. Boil the milk in a cup, while adding a pinch of salt, chopped into pieces of butter, and immediately pour the flour. All ingredients must be continuously stirred until the dough does not lag behind the walls.
Remove the dish from the heat, allow it to cool slightly and introduce the eggs gradually, continuing to mix well.
When everything is ready, put the dough in a pastry bag and squeeze the roses on a baking sheet. Bake until done.
To make a creamy souffle, you need to dissolve the gelatin in 100 ml of boiled water and add a mixture of whipped cream, vanilla sugar and sour cream.
Wash strawberries, cut into 4 parts and add berry in soufflé.
We start to form a cake. Put a puff pastry on a flat dish. On it carefully lay out 2/3 souffle, giving the cake a shape. On the top of the dessert we distribute rosettes from choux pastry and cover them with the remaining soufflé. Baking put in the fridge for 8 hours.
Ready cake decorate the remaining strawberries and cream.
