Green lecho

Vegetables clean and cut into an average cube.

Fry onion in vegetable oil for 15 minutes, add peppers and tomatoes. Season with salt and sugar. After the mixture has baked for 5 minutes, put the chopped garlic.

Cook the vegetables for a total of 20 minutes and, without removing from the stove, lay out the boiling lecho in sterilized jars. Close hermetically with lids, turn over and leave to cool.

By the way, if there are no green tomatoes, then you can take ripe ones, but it is better to skip them through a meat grinder.
