Pork stew with pumpkin and carrots

  • pork - 400 gr
  • carrots - 2 pieces
  • onion - 1 pc
  • vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • sour cream - 4 tablespoons
  • seasoning (basil, dried parsley - 1 teaspoon)
  • salt pepper


Prepare the ingredients for the dish: cut the meat into strips, onions into half rings, and squash the pumpkin and carrots on a coarse grater. Now lightly fry the meat with vegetable oil in a frying pan (minutes 4), add onions, then carrots and pumpkin. All this salt and pour two cups of hot water. Stew vegetables with meat for 25 minutes under the lid. Then add seasoning, pepper and sour cream to the pan. After we cut leek into rings and mushrooms into slices. Onions and mushrooms should be lightly fried in vegetable oil. Please note that oil cannot be overdone! Now add the onions and mushrooms in the cream soup and cook for another 7 minutes.When pouring soup into plates, we recommend sprinkling it with greens, this will give the dish a finished look.
